J. James Duggan is an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of taxation, probate, estate planning, real estate and corporate law. He holds an L.L.M. in Taxation Law from the University of Florida School of Law and a J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he served as the Articles Editor of the South Carolina Law Review.

Mr. Duggan received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from The Citadel, where he served as a member of the Honor Court and the Summerall Guards.

Christina Demos Wynn is an Associate Attorney practicing in the area of estate planning and probate.  She holds a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, where she served on the Executive board of the Pinckney Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society and as a student member of the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court.  She also served as Lt. Gov for the American Bar Association 4th Circuit Law Student Division for 2 years.  Mrs. Wynn also holds CALI Awards in Mediation, Psychiatry and the Law and Fiduciary Administration.

Mrs. Wynn received her undergraduate degree in Computer Science from the College of Charleston and a Masters in BioMedical Science, Neuroscience from the Medical University of South Carolina.



Jourdan T. Page is an Associate Attorney practicing in the areas of probate, estate planning, and corporate law.  She is currently pursing a Master of Laws degree in Taxation from Boston University and holds a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, where she served as an Associate Justice on the Moot Court Board. She also served on the Executive Board of the Pinckney Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society and received the Pro Bono Award. Ms. Page has worked as an intern at the Charleston County Probate Court and United States Senate in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Page received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Political Science, cum laude, from Erskine College, where she served as Treasurer of the Student Government Association and Chair of the Student Finance Committee.  She also served as President Pro Tempore of South Carolina Student Legislature and President of Students in Free Enterprise.
